Last week we went on a bear hunt....

In our Literacy work, we have been reading the children's classic story of 'We're going on a bear hunt' by Michael Rosen. To make our topic more fun and exciting, the children actually went on a bear hunt around school to find various teddy bears. Each bear was numbered and had a letter. The children wrote the numbers and letters down in the correct order to give them a secret password - BIG BROWN BEAR!
This week the children will be writing their own versions of the story so watch this space...
